Meet Danielle

Specialist Speech & Language Therapist

Alongside being a busy Mummy to two fascinating little humans, I work part-time as an independent therapist and part-time for the NHS.

Children are the highlight and heart of all my work. It’s important to me that your child stays at the centre of everything I think, do and plan while we work together. As you work with me you can expect for you and your child to always be:

  • treated as individuals
  • treated ethically and professionally

Parent Coaching

An important part of my role is to help you better understand your child’s communication needs and diagnosis (where applicable), and then support you in becoming even more skilled at working and interacting with them in ways that will enable them to grow and be their best. I can also coach key staff in your child’s school/nursery setting to ensure they are best placed to meet your child’s needs. This will help your child benefit from the security and continuity that comes from all of their grown-ups using a united approach.

I run relaxed and fun classes for all parents, to build your confidence and give you tools to help your little one discover and explore the wonderful world of language and relationships. All through the magic of PLAY! Classes are suitable for children with and without additional needs.

Training & Consultancy

I am an experienced trainer and can work closely with nursery and school staff, providing the professional development needed to skilfully support the speech, language and communication of every child in your setting. I am also able to offer bespoke consultancy services, working with your setting to implement universal and targeted strategies, alongside offering specialist in-house therapy.
